Preferably we send all international orders via Sea Freight and or Air freight (case to case basis). Shipping cost will be stated clearly in the final quotation.

Custom Import Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped may be subject to Customs Import Duties and/or Taxes based on the Country of destination. If assessed, Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and will not be able to advise on what the cost would be, as Customs Policies and Import Duties vary widely from Country to Country. Customers may wish to visit their countries’ Custom’s website for full details.
In the event that an order is shipped and the buyer refused acceptance of shipment delivery due to Import Duties and Tax Assessments or that the address provided is undeliverable, all payments made by the buyer are not refundable.

Delivery Times

You will receive email notification confirming when your order is dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on the country the order is sent to.
Orders will be processed during normal Philippine Iino Corporation business hours between Monday to Saturday. All orders placed on Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and Distribution Center processing time.
During peak seasons, shipment deliveries may take longer.
